No refunds will be given for daily fees due to inclement weather.
 
 

GROUP RATES

Group rates for not-for-profit organizations are available when bringing 15 or more people to the Water Park. Groups must book their outing
at least three weeks in advance to qualify for the discounted rate. Call 630-766-7015 for information on booking your 2008 group outing. 
 
 
 

Water Park Rentals

To rent the Water Park, a $25 deposit is required in addition to filling out the rental request form at the Deer Grove Leisure Center. A two week notice is required for Water Park rentals. Full payment will be due one week prior to the date in order to hold your requested date. The concession stand will not be open during pool rentals. Any food and drink must stay on the observation deck. Rental requests will be accepted beginning May 1 for residents and May 18 for nonresidents. Contact the Park District at (630) 766-7015  for more information.

Coupon Books
Coupon books may be purchased by residents only at the Water Park or the Deer Grove Leisure Center. Proof of residency is required for this purchase. Coupon books are sold in books of ten for $50. One coupon will admit a youth or senior and two coupons will admit an adult. Coupons are only good for the season in which they are purchased.

Only residents of the Park District may purchase the coupon books. Photo I.D. and proof of residency are required at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for unused coupons.
The Park District is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged coupons. Lost, stolen or damaged coupons will not be replaced.

How to get a Season Pass and what to bring

1.
If you are renewing your pass, bring your old pass to the Deer Grove Leisure Center as well as the following items. Only children will need to have their photos retaken for a pass renewal.
2.
Bring documentation of residency status: driver's license, current tax bill, school I.D. card or report card.
3.
Bring documentation of ages for any children who will be receiving a pass: birth certificate or report card.
4.
Pay the proper fee for the pass.
5.
Have picture taken. If some family members are not present, they can come in at a later date. Pool passes are not valid until a picture I.D. has been issued.

 

Pass Policies and Requirements

1.
Passes are only sold at the Deer Grove Leisure Center, 1000 W. Wood Street, Bensenville, IL 60106.
2.
Proof of residency and age is required for every member of the family.
3.
Couples Pass = any two people that live together
Family Pass = mother, father, any custodial children age 25 and under and grandparents living together
4.
Season passes must be presented to the pool cashier upon entering the pool.
5.
Replacement passes are $7.
