Our New Year’s Resolution is to provide you the best fitness experience. Because of this all our fitness members will receive free passes to our Water Park, Fitness Classes, or Guest Passes for Wood St. Fitness. Please pick up passes at the front desk between the dates of January 16 – February 15. The Walking Track and Gym will remain open.
Fitness Center Equipment, Services & Amenities
We are always looking for ways to improve.
Ten new state-of-the-art cardio fitness machines have been installed, including ellipticals, upright and recumbent cycles, an indoor rower and more. Fitness Attendants will be on hand to help instruct patrons on the new equipment.

The Bensenville Park District Fitness Center offers a full collection of strength training equipment including a wide variety of free weight equipment, a boxing cage with heavy bags, double end bags, and speed bags.
Memberships include towel service, full locker room amenities, discounts on racquetball and a free walking track. Drop in child care is available to program participants Saturdays, 9-11am and Monday through Friday (select times) for only $2 per child, per visit. Bensenville Park District’s Personal Training Program involves regular one-on-one training designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely, with faster results.
