We are always looking for ways to improve.
Some recent updates include new exercise bands, mats, dumbbells, and new speed bags in the boxing room. We also just received 5 top-of-the-line Precor TRM 885 treadmills and a Precor C846 Recumbent Bike. Reach your fitness goals and keep track of your progress with the new technology of the Precor treadmills.

The Bensenville Park District Fitness Center offers a full collection of strength training equipment including a wide variety of free weight equipment, a boxing cage with heavy bags, double end bags, and speed bags.
Memberships include towel service, full locker room amenities, discounts on racquetball and a free walking track. Drop in child care is available to program participants Saturdays, 9-11am and Monday through Friday (select times) for only $2 per child, per visit.
