Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba® program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, FUN!

Water exercise is the perfect answer because it is adaptable to all personal limitations and fitness levels. You can target specific body areas to exercise, or combine several movements into a complete head-to-toe workout. Aqua Aerobic can increase your metabolism, build muscle tone and strength, improve balance and range of motion, and relieve tension all with pain-free, low impact movements. Classes will be held in the diving well to remove all impact on joints; a perfect, pain-free workout!

We offer over 20 adult (ages 14+) group fitness classes a week.
Group Fitness Classes
The Bensenville Park District Group Fitness Program offers a variety of classes to fit the needs of all age groups and fitness levels. With a class schedule offering over 20 classes a week, our professional instructors lead classes which include Zumba®, 20/20/20, Interval Sculpt, Boot Camp, Energizing Cardio, Butts & Guts and a variety of Yoga classes. In the summer a couple of Aqua Fitness classes will be offered at the Bensenville Water Park & Splash Pad. You may pay for these classes individually (prices vary), purchase a Fitness Punch Pass, or purchase an Annual Unlimited Group Fitness Pass.
Adult residents pay only $240 to take any of the offered classes, any time they want for an entire year. Over 20 classes are offered weekly.

Outdoor mountain bike experience brought indoors, offered 5 times a week! Take an imaginary 30 minute ride through rain forest trails, dark city streets, or desert. In addition to a fantastic cardiovascular workout, you will condition muscles all over our body: arms, shoulders, lower and upper back, core muscles as well as legs. We confidently expect you to burn 500 calories or more in our 30 minute workout while enhancing body coordination and helping you to prevent lower back pain. All the rides are designed by a former Olympic cycling coach to provide you with the optimum physiological workout irrespective of your fitness ability. X-Biking instructors are trained to high level to look after your needs, from proper bike set up and rider positioning, to providing options for all experience levels.
