Outdoor mountain bike experience brought indoors, offered 4 times a week! Take an imaginary 30 minute ride through rain forest trails, dark city streets, or desert. In addition to a fantastic cardiovascular workout, you will condition muscles all over our body: arms, shoulders, lower and upper back, core muscles as well as legs. We confidently expect you to burn 500 calories or more in our 30 minute workout while enhancing body coordination and helping you to prevent lower back pain. All the rides are designed by a former Olympic cycling coach to provide you with the optimum physiological workout irrespective of your fitness ability. X-Biking instructors are trained to high level to look after your needs, from proper bike set up and rider positioning, to providing options for all experience levels.
