Intro to Mosaics
Explore form, function, and the beautiful art of mosaics. Using tiles of many shapes students will experiment with color and texture while they begin to discover the possibilities of mosaics. Marianna Miltcheva has been a piano teacher, teaching preschool children through adults since 1981. Mariana provides a positive atmosphere for learning, progress and fun for students and she recognizes student’s potentials and goals. Lessons are adapted to interests and musical tastes. The student’s improvements are shown in recitals; challenging arrangements are enjoyed by performers and their guests. The piano courses include: notation of music, balance of technique, sight-reading, improvising, harmonizing, transporting, ear training and singing. Lesson books are purchased from the instructor. Student must know the alphabet and have finger spread. Lessons are $30 each for a 30 minute lesson and 4 lessons must be paid in full before the first lesson begins.

This dynamic program offers children (K-5) a lively environment to boost self-esteem through play and interactive lessons. Children will learn how to interact with others and the world around them with a stronger sense of self-worth, all while having a bunch of fun! This class is designed for graduates of our Guitar I class, or those returning to the instrument. Students will build on the basics they already know, increase skill, and build confidence by smoothing chord transitions, playing scales, and practicing improvisation in a relaxed, fun, and supportive environment.
