Bensenville Park District offers a variety of athletic programs for each season. Below is just a sampling of what we offer.

Youth Basketball League
Games start in January
Your child’s skills will improve in this fun and competitive league featuring weekly practices. Grades 3-8 play home and away games with area park districts. Practices begin in December.
Registration is extended to Nov. 13, ’14.
Bombers Travel Basketball Program – January
6th Grade Boys & Girls
Join the Dupage Youth Travel Basketball League. Teams will play 10-12 home games, and 10-12 away games, plus an end of the year tournament.
White Pines Golf Club Youth Golf Program – June, July
Registration begins May 1 in the White Pines Golf Shop.

Flag Football League – June
Bensenville has joined the Addison, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Roselle and Streamwood Park Districts to form an inter-village youth flag football league. This recreational and limited contact program will consist of a six game season plus weekly practices scheduled at the volunteer coach’s discretion. Emphasis will be placed on safety, skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork and having some fun! Rosters of 7-10 per team will organized for this league. Wait lists will be used until there are enough players and a coach to form any additional teams. A mouth guard is strongly recommended. Footballs, jersey’s and flags will be provided. Jersey size will be noted on the registration form.
Bensenville Flag Football League – September
Bensenville Park District along with surrounding park districts are forming the Northern DuPage County Youth Flag Football League. This recreational and limited contact program will consist of a six game season plus weekly practices scheduled as volunteer coaches’ time permits. Emphasis will be placed on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and just having some football fun! Home games will be played at Varble Park. The use of mouth guards are mandatory at practices and games. Footballs, flags, and jerseys will be provided. Please indicate child’s shirt size on the registration form.
Youth Soccer League – September
The Bensenville Park District’s Youth Soccer League for ages 4 to 14 plays in the Mid Suburban Recreational Soccer League. The other districts included are: Addison, Glendale Heights, Itasca, Medinah, Roselle, Villa Park, and Wood Dale. There will be an end of the season party, including food and beverages, where participants will receive trophies and pictures. Fenton High School Soccer Team will hold a soccer clinic for registered youth soccer players.
All players must wear a Bensenville Park District uniform. Uniforms must be purchased before the first game. Uniforms can be purchased at the time of registration during regular business hours. A complete uniform consists of a jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards and soccer shoes. Participants must purchase shin guards and shoes on their own.
